March 1, 2018 (Janesville, WI) – In collaboration with the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership (WMEP), Blackhawk Bank held a seminar and workshop on Quick Response Office Cells featuring QRM expert Bill Ritchie. The workshop was held on Tuesday, February 27th at the Blackhawk Technical College Advanced Manufacturing Training Center in Milton, WI.

The benefits of Quick Response Manufacturing and Quick Response Office Cells for businesses are meaningful and immediately applicable. Attendees of the workshop learned how to improve staff effectiveness and team building, ways to turn quotes around faster and more accurately, how to reduce their lead times, and improve their on-time delivery all through hands-on exercises.

Workshop presenter Bill Ritchie started Customer Chain Consulting LLC in 2007 and the Tempus Institute in 2012 – both in an effort to help companies of all sizes realize the benefits of an effective operations  strategy and launch time reduction programs with QRM.
