SwedishAmerican, a division of UW Health is pleased to welcome Tracy Stevens, an advanced practice nurse who has joined SwedishAmerican Palliative Care. Tracy received a master of science in nursing from University of Illinois at Chicago and is certified as a family nurse practitioner. As a long-time employee of SwedishAmerican, Tracy has worked as a staff nurse in the med-surg unit, and most recently worked as a staff nurse in the critical care unit.

As an advanced nurse practitioner, Tracy will partner with Dr. Juliette Kalweit; Catherine Gentz, APN and Andrea Henrey, APN to provide compassionate palliative care to hospitalized patients and their families at SwedishAmerican.
