SwedishAmerican Announces New Board Members, Names Officers

SwedishAmerican welcomes three new members to its board to serve a five-year term; Dr. Tiffanie Ferry, Anqunette Parham and Elizabeth Bolt (UW Health member). Officers of the board, who will serve a two-year term, include Bill Roop, chair; Rev. Ken Board, 1st vice chair; Jeff Kaney, 2nd vice chair; and Dan Ross, immediate past chair.

 

Dr. Ferry, a member of SwedishAmerican’s Medical Group, practices medicine at Woodside Clinic. She is board certified in family medicine and is a member of Rockford Regional Health Council and SwedishAmerican Medical Group Leadership Council. She also is vice president of the Winnebago County Medical Society and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine.

 

Anqunette Parham is an Illinois-licensed attorney, currently conducting investigations and drafting voluntary disclosures to the federal government for international trade law violations at UTC Aerospace Systems, one of the world’s largest aerospace companies. She is a member of the Wabongo Leadership Council Board, scholarship advisor for the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois, pro bono attorney Prairie State Legal Services and is a Keeping Families and Communities Together (KFACT) volunteer.

 

Elizabeth Bolt is senior vice president and chief operating officer of UW Health. She returned to UW Health in 2015 after working as the vice president at University of Connecticut Health Center. Elizabeth has worked in healthcare, higher education and social services for more than 30 years and has a broad range of experience including clinical operations, physician group practice, finance, human resources, facilities and research management.
