On February 26, Blackhawk Bank, along with the Stateline Chamber and Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce, dedicated the new Roscoe Banking Center with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Numerous bank representatives, public officials and chamber members were present to officially mark the opening of the new Banking Center located at 5506 Clayton Circle, Roscoe, IL 61073.
The building, home to former restaurants, has been meticulously renovated to provide a functional and inviting banking environment, which offers full-service banking, mortgage services and commercial banking. PG Architecture created the design of the facility, while Scandroli Construction oversaw the construction and remodel aspects of the building.
“We are so happy to see a successful business investing in this property,” stated Kelly Maier, Stateline Chamber’s Office Manager. “They could have built anywhere and started from scratch, but choosing to take a building that is here in Roscoe and giving it the TLC it needed shows that Blackhawk Bank cares about our community. The Stateline Chamber is extremely proud and fortunate that they decided to continue to call Roscoe ‘home’.”

In addition to the ribbon cutting, Blackhawk Bank was honored to donate $500 to the Roscoe VFW. Commander Bill Graves and Quartermaster Maurice Buffo were on-hand to accept the donation, on behalf of the Roscoe VFW. Blackhawk Bank will also host a Customer Appreciation Open House, open to the public, at the Roscoe Banking Center on Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. During the Open House, guests can register to win gift cards or fun-filled baskets. Guests can also enjoy a game with prizes, cookies and refreshments throughout the day.
