OSF HealthCare is pleased to add a new primary care physician to its staff to better serve the community of Rockford and surrounding areas.

The addition of Dr. Natalie DiLeonardo, MD, on August 8, will ensure increased access for patients in need of a primary care physician at the OSF Medical Group – Primary Care location at 4682 East Rockton Road, Suite 102, Roscoe, IL 61073.

Dr. DiLeonardo received a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University School of Medicine in West Indies, Dominica. Dr.DiLeonardo is completing a family medicine residency at the University of Illinois Chicago in Rockford.

Dr. DiLeonardo is joining the care team of David Finnegan, PA, at the OSF Medical Group – Primary Care – Roscoe/Rockton.
