Local Bankers Complete Advanced IRA Workshop

Beloit, WI, April 18, 2022 – First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) is pleased to announce that three FNBT employee family members, Jacki Yagla, Michele Miller and LaMonica Sharp, have completed the Advanced IRA Workshop offered by the Wisconsin Bankers Association.

The Advanced IRA Workshop builds on the attendees’ basic knowledge of individual retirement accounts (IRA) to address some of the more complex IRA issues that financial organizations may handle. Real-world exercises help participants apply information to job-related situations.

Jacki Yagla, account services team lead, joined the FNBT in 2013. In her role, Yagla is responsible for viewing new accounts and signature cards, cross training with the Deposit Services and ATM Services teams, and responding to subpoenas, summons, and investigating elder financial abuse concerns.

Michele Miller, deposit services specialist, joined the bank in 2016 and has nearly 30 years of banking experience. Miller is responsible for assisting the branch staff with IRA and Certificate of Deposit (CD) questions and issues, processing tax forms, and auditing reports to track daily activity.

LaMonica Sharp, account services specialist, joined the bank in 2018 and has 20 years of banking experience. In her role, Sharp is responsible for monitoring any ownership changes made to existing accounts, handling and reviewing all title changes for business and consumer accounts, ensuring all proper documentation is attained.
