Lisa M. Carter has joined the Blackhawk Bank’s business division as an Assistant Vice President.
Lisa is a skilled banker with 15 years’ experience in Commercial and Small Business Lending, Cash Management, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Retirement Planning and Insurance. In addition to working on behalf of privately owned companies, she has also worked closely with school districts and municipalities. She has also served on the committee for Motherhouse Crisis Nursery and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity.
