Beloit, WI, November 24, 2023 – First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) is pleased to welcome Kim Hansen as Branch Manager of the Elkhorn branch location.

With four decades of banking experience, Kim joins FNBT with a wealth of knowledge and a strong educational foundation.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has graduated from both the Commercial Lending School and Cannon Trust School.

Before joining FNBT, Kim worked as an account executive at FIS, and she has played influential roles in leadership positions, encompassing retail banking, small business banking, and commercial cash management. Her experience in the industry includes the achievement of establishing a private banking division for a community bank in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Now, as Branch Manager at FNBT, Kim will leverage her experience to develop and execute sales and service strategies that foster customer relationships and expand the bank’s consumer and business customer base. Tasked with managing branch operations, she will focus on goal setting, delegating duties effectively, ensuring compliance with bank policies, and mentoring her team toward achieving excellence.

Outside her professional life, Kim and her husband enjoy cheering on their son as he competes in the Spec Miata, Mazda MX5, and Spec Racer Ford Series.
