Beloit, WI, January 12, 2023 – Steven M. Eldred, Chairman of the Board for Centre 1 Bancorp, Inc., the holding company of First National Bank and Trust (FNBT), and David McCoy, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FNBT, are pleased to announce the election of Hagen Harker to the Board of Directors of the First National Bank and Trust.
Harker is President of Mid-States Concrete Industries in South Beloit, Illinois. Since 1946, Mid-States Concrete has produced structural and architectural precast concrete systems providing high quality building materials with sustaining performance. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering, Harker has worked in various leadership roles at Mid-States Concrete for 30 years, 10 of which as President of the company.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Harker’s personal goal is to be an advocate for FNBT in the community. He will act as a sounding board for the bank’s executive team and board while supporting the bank’s mission and vision of the bank to bring family values to our customers.
Active in the community, Harker is very involved with multiple organizations including Beloit 200, the Young Presidents Organization, and The AltusGroup where he is the immediate past chairperson of the organization. Harker also served on the board of the Stateline Community Foundation for many years, providing leadership as board chairman toward the end of his term with the organization. Born and raised in Beloit, he is a 1985 graduate of Beloit High School. He now resides in Janesville, Wisconsin with his wife, Jane. Together, they have two sons and they are members at St. John Vianney parish in Janesville, where Jane also teaches fifth grade.
