Forest City Gear is proud to announce its presenting sponsorship of the 2023 Japanese Summer Festival at Anderson Japanese Gardens in Rockford, IL on July 29-30. Anderson’s Japanese Summer Festival is an annual celebration featuring exhibits, demonstrations, and unique performances for all age groups, meant to foster a better understanding of Japanese culture. Some of this year’s festival activities include musical performances, tea ceremonies, and demonstrations in traditional archery, calligraphy, and swordsmanship.
