BHS ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL DATES: VACCINE DISTRIBUTION ELIGIBILITY EXPANDED CRITERIA

BELOIT, WI. (April 1, 2021) — Governor Tony Evers, with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), has announced that everyone age 16 and over will be eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine starting April 5, 2021. Wisconsin currently leads the nation in being one of the most efficient vaccinators in the country.

Please be aware the vaccine will be provided by appointment only. The vaccine is being administered at no cost to the patient.

BHS is administering Moderna which is for 18 years of age and older.
Vaccines for those eligible will be offered on the following dates:

April 7 8:30am – 3:00pm
April 8 12:30pm – 5:30pm
April 9 11:30am – 5:30pm

Additional vaccine clinic dates will be announced soon.

As the State of Wisconsin and BHS expand the vaccination process, please continue to wear a mask, social distance, wash hands frequently and avoid group gatherings to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
