BELOIT, WI. (January 30,2023) Beloit Health System (BHS) would like to thank the community; local and county EMS and Fire, tow companies, and 911 communications center for their work during the 85-car accident on I-90 Friday, January 27, 2023. We are grateful for our community partnerships.

Beloit Health System treated 27 patients during the incident. BHS trains all year for this type of an emergency. Our physicians, support staff, and emergency response team did an incredible job treating the patients. BHS also became a warming station for 21 non-injured individuals, providing warm blankets and snacks until they could be reunited with family members.
