BIG BROTHER AND SISTER CLASS helps kids get ready to welcome their new siblings! Meets September 9 from 10 am–12 noon. The whole family is welcome to prepare for the newborn by attending this class during the last couple months of pregnancy. TAKE IT TO HEART CLUB SEMINAR: “What is Palliative Care and is it right for me?” September 12 at 6pm Beloit Memorial Hospital Auditorium. Learn more about palliative care and how it benefits patients with life limiting illness. Care can begin as soon as diagnosis and is focused on providing relief from the symptoms, pain, and stress of a serious illness.

SIGN LANGUAGE CLASSES Interested in learning Sign Language? Classes are beginning in Beloit this month. Introductory level Sign Language classes begin Monday, September 11 and Tuesday, September 12 at Beloit Memorial Hospital. These classes are for participants who have limited or no knowledge of sign language. An advanced class, for those who have some knowledge of the language, begins on Thursday, September 14.
