BELOIT, WI. (January 3, 2022) – The first baby of 2022 was born in the Packard Family Care Center at 8:43 a.m., January 1, 2022. Lia, a baby girl, was born 8lbs, 10oz and 20-1⁄2 inches to Maria and Jesus San Juan. Lia is the San Juan’s second child.
