43 years of service – Cancer Benefit for DC Brian Kunce

On Saturday October 11th we will be hosting a Cancer Benefit for Deputy Chief Brian Kunce. Brian has served our Winnebago / Boone Co. community for over 43 years, protecting lives, mentoring firefighters, and making a lasting impact on everyone who knows him. Unfortunately, Brian is now facing the biggest battle of his life—his fight against Stage 4 cancer.

We are organizing a raffle and silent auction as part of the benefit, with 100% of proceeds going directly to support Brian and his family during this difficult time. We are reaching out to ask for your help by donating a raffle prize, gift certificate, product, or even funds to help us fill raffle baskets. Your contribution will not only help raise vital funds but will also show Brian how much community support he has.

As a donor, you will be recognized at the event. This is a great way to showcase your community spirit while helping a truly deserving firefighter. Here is a link to the benefit event we are having.

If you are able to contribute, we kindly ask that donations be received by October 3rd to allow us time to prepare for the event.

Thank you for your generosity and continued support. Together, we can make a meaningful difference for someone who has given so much to all of us.
