BLACKHAWK APPOINTS WOYNER HUMAN RESOURCES VP

May 3, 2017 (Beloit, WI and Rockford, IL) – Jeanine Woyner has joined Blackhawk Bank as Vice President, Human Resources.  With over 16 years of experience in employee relations, labor law compliance, organizational development, and strategic initiatives, Jeanine has been at the forefront of Human Resource initiatives that have promoted organizational growth and has a proven success rate of decreasing staff turnover, while improving the overall employee recruitment process.

Woyner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Columbia College in Missouri.  She grew up in a banking family and has several years of experience in the financial industry.  In her role at Blackhawk Bank, her emphasis will be on employee engagement and support of the Blackhawk Bank staff members.
