Breaking Bad: the Science of Building Up Staff while Bringing Down Unemployment Costs
Why do some employees “break bad” in their job performance while others prosper within an organization? Does breaking bad mean the employee is bad or can they be saved? Where does protecting the organization come in? These are questions many managers have struggled with throughout their careers. Join Dr. John Pingo as he explains how the leadership team of the Goldie B. Floberg Center developed a science-based coaching system that improved staff morale, effectively addressed performance discrepancies, and reduced annual unemployment costs from $85,000 dollars per year to only $13 last year.
Cost of the event is $10 and includes lunch. Lunch will be Buffet Style and will include the following:
