Meet The Team

Drs. Shultz and de Guzman are both members of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Winnebago County Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society.

Dr. Robert Shultz, D.D.S.
Dr. Shultz completed undergraduate studies at Baylor University before graduating from the University of Illinois with a doctorate in Dental Surgery. Rob and his wife Sue have been active in the Roscoe community for the past 30 years where they have happily raised their four children.

Dr. Vaughn de Guzman, D.M.D.
Dr. de Guzman was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. He earned his undergraduate degree at Valparaiso University before pursuing and completing his dental degree at Southern Illinois University. Vaughn and his wife, Erica, a native to the Rockford area, currently reside in Rockford with their three children.
