The public is invited to go behind the scenes of the new NorthPointe Surgery Center on Saturday, September 16 from 10am-12pmat the NorthPointe Health and Wellness Campus, 5605 East Rockton Road in Roscoe, IL.
The facility will be open for tours and attendees can sign-up to win great prizes including one of two adult and two youth bicycles, one of two Back-to-School Bundles complete with school supplies, backpack and a Samsung Chromebook; NorthPointe Fitness Memberships; and one of three FitBit® Charge 2 Fitness Trackers. In addition, everyone can enjoy free refreshments, giveaways and more!
The NorthPointe Surgery Center offers patients a convenient option for same-day procedures and minor surgery. In keeping with the NorthPointe tradition, the Surgery Center design provides a unique patient flow system that offers optimum privacy and comfort for both patients and their families.
The more than 18,000 square foot Surgery Center offers the latest surgical technology for a variety of specialties including ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat), Facial Plastics, Gastrointestinal procedures/testing, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Pain Management and Podiatry. The center features two operating and two procedure suites for same-day surgeries and procedures. Before or after procedures all patients enjoy privacy in one of the eight private pre-surgery and post-surgery rooms. Patients requiring advanced monitoring after their procedure receive care in one of the six post-surgery acute care bays.
The NorthPointe Surgery Center is the newest addition to Beloit Health System’s NorthPointe Health and Wellness Campus. During its more than nine years of operation, NorthPointe has added more services and increased the number of patients seeking care. Currently, NorthPointe Clinic has more than 30 physicians on staff providing primary and specialty care.
The Center’s board certified emergency medicine physicians provide after-hours care from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. daily in Immediate Care. In addition, NorthPointe also offers comprehensive diagnostic medical imaging.
NorthPointe Wellness is the only medically integrated health and fitness center in the area with more than 100 pieces of state-of-the-art fitness equipment, and a seven-lap pool.
