How to Sustain Healthy Eating and Exercise Habits All Year Long.
Karen Radtke, MSN, APN, holistic Nurse Practitioner,
and Jenna Mueller, CF-L1 Certified, will present information on the
value of exercise and movement, small dietary changes that add up
to big results, and how to sustain positive health habits over time.
Cost for the event is $15 and includes lunch. You will have the choice between a Louie’s Burger, Caesar Chicken Salad, and Turkey Melt Panini. Please RSVP to the Chamber office by Friday January 5th. Have your payment and lunch choice ready.
